We will never ask you to send your personal passwords or security codes via email, text message or social media.
For Savings:
You can apply for an Oxbury Savings account on the savings page.
Our Savings Accounts are designed to be accessed using Oxbury Online Banking and the Oxbury App.
If you need to contact us, however, to:
- report problems accessing your account information
- report a suspicion of fraud or an unauthorised transaction
- make a complaint
- arrange a power of attorney
- inform Oxbury of financial distress or vulnerable status
- generate account statements.
You can use one of the following methods:
- Using the Chat function in Oxbury Online Banking
- Via the Oxbury App (iOS versions only)
- Emailing: Savings@oxbury.com
- Selecting the webchat function on our FAQ page
We are available between 09:00 and 17:30, Monday - Friday, except for bank holidays.
